Small Claims
Not all debt cases require years of discovery and motion practice. In Utah, small claims cases involve recovery of money of up to $15,000.00. See Utah Code § 78A-8-102. Vanderhooft Legal is familiar with the Rules of Small Claims Procedure as well as the newly implemented Online Dispute Resolution Process and can assist you in making your claim and collecting on your judgment.
